  • Advice for new agents: Be patient, consistent and remember that longevity breeds success and try to align yourself with a successful agent.
  • How you overcame challenges in your business: There are two sides to my business and both sides present different challenges. Firstly, the day to day running of the greater business – I surround myself with an efficient and dynamic team and ensure we have effective systems in place. Secondly, working with buyers and sellers – good communication is key to avoid or deal with major challenges as they arise. Learn to adapt, and be measured you’re your decisions.
