  • Works with an assistant who carries out the day-to-day administration tasks as well as buyer/vendor work. Plus my business partner (wife) assists with auctions and opens during spring and autumn auction seasons.
  • Top 2.5% of LJ Hooker agents in Australia and New Zealand and Rate My Agent – Agent of the Year Queanbeyan (2015, 2016 and 2017).
  • Advice for new agents: Work hard, build relationships, build systems and process around tasks. Consistency is the key.
  • Overcoming challenges: Workshops with wife – identify issues/problems, Implement systems, and processes around tasks, hard work and trial and error.
