- Advice for new agents: Be consistent, Be humble and don’t convey the glamorous image and lifestyle “you think they want to see” from an agent. Be a normal down to earth person and then you will be an agent of choice rather than an agent they have to tolerate. Don’t dwell on the numbers, make the calls and the contacts and the business will follow.
