- Advice for other business owners/agents: Structure is vital- invest your time into getting the right system early in your career. Get your diary in order and then stick to it.
The best asset an agent can have is the ability to get to work, this means when a task is needed to be done you don’t hesitate to get started. The longer you wait, the more you fuel your fear and it gets harder to complete the task. - Overcoming challenges: We are lucky when we are presented with a challenge both directors have the ability to communicate well and apply a strategy. This strategy is usually applied after a brief review of what has transpired, a discussion around our options and then a quick decision about the next action.
It is vital to act straight away, once again time is the best fuel for fear. By acting quickly we eliminate the fear. (Fear clouds your judgement) The best thing we can do is be accountable and take ownership of the issue. Once we have ownership we can change tact or simply begin a new course of action.
