  • Advice for other agents: Be patient. Train hard, align yourself with good operators and focus in as early as you can to the type of real estate you’d like to specialise in.
  • Overcoming challenges: There are daily challenges in the real estate industry. It is competitive; there are many highs but also plenty of lows. Acknowledge that if you put in the effort then there will always be opportunities around the corner. Be organised, efficient and always look for ways to be better than your competition. Effort = reward. Call numbers equate to how much business you will do.
