- Advice for new agents: Understand how to ask questions – the client should be saying more than you are! Act on what people want – then guide them into the best process /outcome.
- Overcoming challenges: I try to keep structures simple – I don’t believe this is a complicated business. You can tell instantly if a relationship is not going to work or you will spend 90% of your time on someone and not achieve anything. All of your clients must feel like they are the only ones so I don’t want every listing.
