  • Mastered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt 2014
  • Advice for new agents:
  1. Be in the moment, listen attentively with compassion. When you really listen and care you are operating on a different frequency than when you are just trying to get the listing.
  2. Your only mission should be “How may I serve this client”.
  3. Don’t take losses personally. It is all for your highest good and learning.
  4. Have a balanced mind regardless of wins and losses, profit or loss, praise or criticism.
  5. Find time to exercise and eat a simple well balanced diet.
  6. Prospect – proactive marketing is not negotiable. 45 minutes at a time.
  7. Perfect your craft with training, mentors and good books.
  8. Know the numbers but don’t focus on them, focus on the actions.
