- Advice for new agents: Be authentic and genuine in all your dealings with people. It is very important to work alongside and be mentored by a great agent who is a good influence on your life in and outside of a professional environment. Teaming with an office with high ethics and a great culture will engrain the honest, transparent, positive attitude you need to succeed in this industry. Be prepared to take direction, learn, show respect and work hard.
- Overcoming challenges: I’ve always found that backing myself, my business instincts and ensuring that all the decisions you make are authentic to you and your own style usually results in the right decision.
